The Town of Tappahannock is proud to announce its partnership with Pack Brothers Hospitality to manage the upcoming Hoskins Creek Restaurant, lodging facilities, and dock operations. Known for their exceptional hospitality ventures, including Smithfield Station and The Surry Seafood Company, Randy and Brian Pack will bring their expertise and vision to Tappahannock’s waterfront.

The Hoskins Creek Restaurant, set to open in 2026, will serve as a centerpiece of the broader Hoskins Creek Park Development Project. This initiative, launched in October 2024, aims to enhance Tappahannock’s natural beauty, improve waterfront access, and promote economic growth while prioritizing environmental sustainability.

Currently in its first phase, the project involves shoreline stabilization, landscaping improvements, and the construction of an entrance road to the park. Future phases will include the addition of docks and a fuel station, transforming Hoskins Creek into a vibrant, eco-friendly destination for both residents and visitors.

“The restaurant will be a landmark of hospitality and community, showcasing our town’s charm and Hoskins Creek’s natural beauty,” said Town Manager Eric Pollitt. “We are thrilled to partner with Pack Brothers Hospitality, whose dedication to excellence aligns perfectly with our vision for this transformative project.”

The Pack Brothers’ management will also extend to four lodging units planned above the restaurant and the boating facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

The restaurant’s waterfront location will provide stunning views and a unique dining atmosphere, complementing Tappahannock’s historic appeal as a riverside destination. Construction milestones for the Hoskins Creek Park Project include the completion of the entrance road by late 2025 and operational docks and fuel facilities by the end of 2026.
