DESCRIPTION:Join the Tappahannock Artists’ Guild on Friday\, June 26th from 5–7 PM for the opening reception of the exhibit Of This Place\, a Co-sponsored event by TAG & Two Rivers Arts. This juried exhibit features place-based reflections on history\, memory\, landscape\, and community within the context of America at 250 exploring the historic character of the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula—the landscapes\, buildings\, waterways\, and the stories layered within them. This call is intentionally open and interpretive. Artists are encouraged to respond to history in ways that are literal\, symbolic\, abstract\, or deeply personal.
